Objectives

EE required a quick turnaround of 48,000 convenience retail outlets across the UK & Ireland. POS, merchandising & compliance needed auditing in addition to in-store training by the infinite team. EE needed a fast turnaround of data, ensuring that conversations with EE’s retail customers were accurate and aided business decisions.

Solution

Infinite’s data collection tool TeamHaven can service complex planograms, ensuring infinite’s auditors know what they are looking for in each store. Auditors can see images of the planograms in the mobile app in order to answer compliance questions correctly.

Using calculations, our reporting and analysis team can determine Store Performance and give stores an overall performance ranking. We have added various filters to see the performance of different attributes of the store which include region code. We can use this information to direct the EE team where to drive and maintain high-performance sales conversion results.
