Objectives

Disme, who are designers, manufacturers and fitters of displays, approached Infinite on behalf of their client Bugaboo, who is very well known for their baby accessories, to see if we had trained staff that could install displays in both the North of the UK and Ireland as well as ROI.

Solution

Having completed in-depth display installations before, we turned to trusted installers on our database who managed to complete the nine stores required.

Where we were waiting on deliveries to come in from Spain, we had to have installers ready to install within a 24hour window. This was due to the stores not being big enough to hold the display material for a long duration.

Benefits

Each installer completed a risk assessment to protect themselves and us and reported on each display piece installed, evidencing completion via photos and store management approval.

With 100% completion of installation, we were able to feedback to the client on how long each installation took and if anything was missing/damaged, allowing them to build a clear picture of what took place.
