Objectives

Infinite Field Training Managers were the face of Midwich from May through to August across 40 sales floors.

The purpose of this activity was to train staff on the new products, increase product awareness and create leads to generate quotes and sales.

Solution

Infinite deployed two Training Professionals to educate sales floor staff on the Acendo range by means of live demonstrations, floor walking and desk-side product training.

The team attended sales floors fully equipped with the Acendo Care, Acendo Vibe and Samsung TV products to showcase the features, functions and providing live demonstrations. Our training team were able to further educate staff with literature and by e-mailing information directly to them.
